What is the onboarding process?

We onboard in a virtual meeting to set up your cost variables. This usually takes an hour to dial in your accuracy, but our Customer Success Team is always available if it takes longer.

Absolutely not. The trial period is a way for you to test the software on your own jobs and we'll work with you to dial in the accuracy and set up your cost variables. If you stay on after the trial, we'll take 10% off the price!

What kind of support do I get during my trial?
